Lt. Governor Jim Tressel
Jim Tressel was nominated by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine to serve as Ohio's lieutenant governor in February 2025, and was subsequently confirmed by the Ohio Senate and House of Representative. Tressel intends to build upon Ohio's record achievement in key areas, and others, throughout the remaining two years of the DeWine administration.
As a native of northeast Ohio, Tressel knows Ohio well and shares the state's values. He is dedicated to helping Ohioans realize their full potential and achieve their interpretation of the American dream.

Stuart Lichter is the President, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Industrial Realty Group, LLC., through its affiliated partnerships and limited liability companies, operates one of the largest portfolios in the United States. It includes the former headquarters of Goodyear Tire & Rubber in Akron, the former Weyerhaeuser campus in Seattle, and multiple former General Motors plants and U.S. military bases.
By developing creative real estate strategies, Mr. Lichter has convinced many Fortune 500 companies to halt moving their headquarters out of the country or state, thereby saving countless American jobs. Under Mr. Lichter’s leadership, IRG became the master developer for the Hall of Fame Village project which surrounds the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, OH.

Lonnie Hendry
Lonnie Hendry, Chief Product Officer at Trepp, leads a global team of more than 30 product management and development professionals responsible for the productization and commercialization of Trepp's suite of commercial mortgage-backed securities, commercial real estate, and collateralized loan obligation products and offerings.
Lonnie also serves as co-host of The TreppWire Podcast, a renowned weekly CRE show with more than 2 million listens. Widely recognized for his industry commentary and data expertise, Lonnie is frequently cited in the media, including The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, The Washington Post, and leading industry publications such as Commercial Observer, GlobeSt, REBusiness, and others.

Bo Barron, CCIM
Bo Barron, CCIM is CEO/Managing Director of Barron Commercial Group a successful brokerage firm in Owensboro, Ky. As a third-generation leader in the industry and a former Marine, Bo is on a mission to empower investors, owners, and users of commercial real estate. Bo also contributes to the broader commercial real estate community as a Senior Instructor at the CCIM Institute.
